Just a week ago news came out that Stephen Chow has dropped his majestical booty off of the directorial chair for Evan Goldberg’s The Green Hornet. Now new rumors are surfacing that Mr. Chow himself may be dropping out as playing Kato, which would mean The Green Hornet would lose all of Stephen Chow completely. If the Green Hornet was the Dark Knight, Stephen Chow would be the Joker of the Green Hornet, theoretically speaking that is. But that is how I see this movie with Stephen Chow attached. Sony needs to get this situation amended. Stephen Chow has great international power, with great movies under his belt that holds up across the nation and the world and to get a random Asian/ or even non-Asian actor, god forbid, would be a horrible business move on Sony’s part. I want Stephen Chow back! Otherwise, just let this movie die, no good can come from it. Although if they could get Will Smith attached, I may change my mind… (sarcasm)
