This movie trailer for the new Chinese film being by Xiaogang Feng called “Aftershocks”. Its about the devastating 1976 Tangshan Earthquake. You’re taken into another world for a few minutes and after a brief moment you are taken out to realize it was only a teaser trailer. I felt like I was there, I felt like my whole world was never going to be the same. The best part about the trailer was at the end when it said, “Some memories can never be erased.” That’s when the tears started rolling down.

When a mother is informed by a rescue team that, since her 7-year old twins are buried under the debris close to each other, digging one out would result in the collapse of the wreckage on the other, she is forced to make the most difficult decision of her life. Based around the devastating Tangshan Earthquake of 1976.
