After chilling out at the Sugar Mommas bakery, Johnny Cupcakes finally arrived with his mystical Johnny Cupcakes van. We didn’t hesitate to grab a couple photos of the crowd and the van while we still had the chance.
We had to walk past tons of people who were in line to meet Johnny to reach the mystic van, but that wasn’t too much of a trouble.

As we were walking past the crowd, guess who we ran into? That’s right! We met up with our good friends of ArtSlam, Rob, Liz, Melissa, Lindsey and her friend (Go here to read our past meet-up)!
Liz was even nice enough to hook us up with some delicious home-made peanut butter Cupcakes! To say the least, I was a very happy camper. We made sure to devour the tasty, creamy cupcakes on our ride all the way back from Austin to Dallas.

Finally reached the Johnny Cupcakes van. I quickly snapped a photo of our crew with the infamous van, first off was Carlos!
Met some more familiar faces as we stood in line! This time we met up with Diana (second from right) and her friends. We actually met before during Street Jam 2.0!
We even made new friends. Meet Caryn (left) and Jane (right), they are students at University of Texas in Austin. Caryn is actually a very talented photographer (visit her site @ C2wphotography) and was at the event covering the Johnny Cupcakes fiasco, while Jane is a student in graphic designs whipping up tons of art on the daily!

We then caught up with Johnny Cupcakes’ videographer, Stebs Schinnerer of Paper Fortress Films. Stebs was super cool and we had a great time chatting about all sorts of random things from Johnny Cupcakes to the love of photography and videography.
Of course we couldn’t finish this post off with out some photos with the man who started it all, Johnny Cupcakes!
Our homie, Johnny, finally meets Johnny Cupcakes and they both share at least a name in common.
This conclude our epic journey through Austin, TX, and our meet up with Johnny Cupcakes… But the story doesn’t end there. Johnny Cupcakes’ next destination is Dallas, TX, and that’s where we are heading back too. Stay tune as we cover our Johnny Cupcakes meet up DALLAS, TX, Version.
