One of my favorite top list creators, Mewlists, has created yet another list via video that we can all enjoy! This time around we get to see his top 15 unseen characters on TV in which we never actually see their faces, but we always know their name. Whether its a episode of Friends, or a another moment with Charlie Brown, there’s always at least one character we know but yet never see.
