This has to be one of the most ridiculous thing I have seen someone do in a long while. The dude just happen to get his hands on his newest electronic toy, the taser, and decides that since he can’t actually use it on anyone legally, he would use himself as a test subject. To conclude, he finds out that the taser is very, very strong.
