Vinnie Paul(aka drummer of Pantera) has told DallasObserver.com that him and his band HellYeah will be hitting up the studio on May 15th to begin its second album! Hellyeah!!!!
Vinnie Paul said, “We don’t know. We’re free agents right now. We had a one-disc deal with Epic [which released the band’s self-titled debut album], and they’re practically begging us to come back. We sold nearly 500,000 records for them, which is practically unheard of these days. That’s like going platinum 10 years ago.”
Vinnie said, “‘Hellyeah’ is the best record I’ve collaborated on since [Pantera’s] ‘Vulgar Display of Power’. The vibe is positive with a kick-your-ass-attitude.”
Hell Yeah! I can’t wait!!
