Finally got the top skins for Bill up. Ah, I have successfully gone through every one of them (even went through weapons/zombies/misc). 1. CamoBill (black and white) (Thanks to BunnyKill)
Description:
“- cut on the left eye

To install it, simply copy and paste this files “common” in C: \ Program Files \ Steam \ SteamApps

Description: “This grew out of a thread of Facepunch Studios about how the survivors came to know each other, and why bill is in uniform and louis still wears his tie ( Cos he means serious business ). I came up with the idea for this skin as follows. Bill, over the 2 weeks since infection, scrounged the uniforms of fallen soldiers, guardsmen etc.
