Here’s 50 Cent in his newest film “Things Fall Apart”, a movie about a football player that loses everything because of cancer. 50 Cent lost over 60 pounds to play the role as the cancer patient, and from the trailer still looks to buff to have cancer. The movie seems fairly well though, it’s inspirational to all those real-life cancer patients out there, not including 50 Cent.
