Fur Face Boy x We Are 1976 Workshop Recap in Dallas TX! A Story of Triumph Over Horrible Situations.

Over the weekend, I took the Loyal K.N.G. crew to Dallas, TX, for my friend Ha Mai’s “Fur Face Boy” workshop that was held at “We Are 1976“. If y’all don’t know already, Fur Face Boy has been a very popular topic on our website (just check out our past posts here), so when I heard that Ha (owner/creator of FFB) was holding a workshop, I had to get my butt out of my town and see what he had to say.

The workshop was excellent, Ha covered details of his life before Fur Face Boy, which led him to ultimately creating Fur Face Boy. Ha revealed many personal details that inspired many of the attendees, including myself, to look optimistically at the future in-regards to chasing our dreams. If you guys are interested in some of the things he talked about during his workshop, be sure to check out his blog, which has many of the details he went over during his workshop in many of his past posts.

After the workshop, we all chilled and chatted with many of the attendees and said hello to old and new friends. Afterward, Ha was nice enough to invite us with him to eat dinner at Cafe Brazil, which was the bomb! One thing I love about Fur Face Boy is his love for his brand and his supporters. As a fellow brand owner, I can completely understand where he is coming from. Doing something you love, is something money can never buy, and to have strong supporters backing your brand is a blessing not many occupation can have the luxury of!

Check out some of the photos we grabbed of the Fur Face Boy workshop below:

A shot of the back of the store.

Sugar Lush came through and provided many tasty cupcakes for the attendees. They also created really cool Fur Face Boy and We Are 1976 cupcakes!

Here’s two of the owners of We Are 1976, Derek and Vynsie! They are some of the nicest people around, if you guys are ever in Dallas, be sure to stop by their workshop and say hi!

Fur Face Boy Shirts!

Of course we had to pick-up some Fur Face Boy shirts while we were there.

It’s Angel, Fur Face Boy’s official Intern!

Capping this recap off with Erika, FurFaceBoy official number 1 fan! She has ALL of FFB shirts, that’s dedication!

Well this marks the conclusion of the post. I want to give a big Thanks to Ha for having a wonderful workshop, and I, for one, can’t wait for the next one!
