Hevisaurus has created a new genre of metal called Dinosaur metal, Hevisaurus is made of the legendary band members of Sonata Arctica and Dio. The reason for the creation of Hevisaurus was to make heavy metal music for kids, a strange thought to have when they are from a legendary metal band. The dinosaur suit idea came from one of the band members, and after that the suits just stuck with them.
The lyrics usually deal with popular children’s stories and, you know, dinosaurs. Because that’s the heart of metal.
