Esquire Interviews Roger Ebert for “Essential Man;” A Peek Into A Man’s Life w/ Hardship & Blessings.

Roger Ebert, as most of you may know, is a movie critic, a good one at that. It has been known for a while that Ebert has been living with cancer for the past couple of year, and it has kept him out of the public view. But it was when Esquire went to Roger Ebert to do a write up for their “Essential Man” story, we are finally able to take a peek into this man’s life through all the hardship and blessings. So check out the article here. I suggest any fan of Ebert take a look into it… It really is an amazing story.

For me, Ebert has been a big factor in digging up quality movies to watch. It’s sometime difficult to find a gem under the pile of rubbish out there in Hollywood land, and for people who are on the constant grind, we just can’t afford to waste time sitting through flicks that are going to be less-than-stellar. Roger Ebert does very well to highlight a movie’s high points and low points, and even giving his own commentary which are an entertainment within itself.
