Jon Gosselin is certainly in the Halloween spirit, to bad he’s not in his right mind. The dude chooses his costume to be a goofy Enquirer magazine cover, which is probably the least scary thing you can probably go hit up a Halloween party with. Jon’s costume though probably would rank high on the creepiness factor though, I must give that to him at least. If he was still on “Jon and Kate plus 8,” we would get to see all this go down!
