A man calls 911 due to a disturbance outside of his apartment. The disturbance just so happens to be a 40 ft tall ape that is destroying the town. The popo tries to help the poor guy, but they only cause more ruckus by making another 40 ft tall monster. Woeful is the life of the man that lives Rampage in real life.
