Nate, it’s called freedom of speech. Going to prision for creating this picture, let alone making fun of 9/11, would be breaking our constitutional rights as Americans. You may not agree with what was said or how it was said, but it was his right as an American to say it. Just as it’s your right as an American to criticize it.
