This phrase is usually uttered after anything mundane is said to be twisted into a sexually charged idea or action that would create weird sexual imagery in one’s mind. However it may seem harmless to joke around like this… Some people do take it seriously, just as this kid found out after he received a detention notice for such childish and juvenile behavior… That’s what she said.
