This dude was apparently arrested through a warrant placed on him for an unexplained reason. The man is asking the police as to why he is getting arrested but the polices never quite answers him, which causes the man to go into a religious fit. After a bit of this the polices decide to taser the poor dude, which would lead to the man then escaping to his freedom. And for all that wondered that is his wife filming the scene.
