A new Left 4 Dead survival map is up and running: Sauna Survival, created by Oskutin & Stene. The maps is made beautifully, but it seems the map has some lag issues, due to any number of reasons. Hopefully, once the map has this issue fixed, the map will be a worthy map to enjoy.
