Hockey player, Adam Burish, is either the luckiest of the unluckiest man on the face of the planet, when it comes to potential fatalities in a hockey game. This incident happened during last Sunday “May 17, 2009” at the Stanley Cup Playoffs, Adam was nearly headless due to a wacky hockey player flipping… and, well, I’ll just let you watch the video and see for yourself. Warning though it is kind of sick.
