These fallout mods are for just about everyone. More NPC’s, quests, faster load times, and more NPC’s!
1. Project Mutagen (Thanks to arcoolka)
Description: “Doctor Jekyll has arrived in Megaton and wants you to carry out his dirty business ? to test some prewar mutagen on human beings. Will you help him or will find other solution ?
Can find him sitting beside Regent Eagle´s Contractor 😀
Research of Mutagen Report:
As I discovered, applying of this chemical on different subject leads to different results:
– human beings: will mutate at once, their resistance is extremely increased, their aggression level is rapidly increased
– ghouls: strong power of mutagen will kill them, reverse of their ghoulification cant be reached
– animals (mutated or not mutated): will not mutate, but their resistance . . . ”

2. Fast load times (Thanks to beastgoat)
Description: This mod pretty much does what it says. Improves the load times of the game.

3. Arnold (Thanks to Balkoth)
Description: “Ok it’s really in it’s beta. However a man named Arnold (You can guess why).
He will find you. You will be Terminated.
Notes:
* I wanted the player to be contantly on the run from this guy. To be “afraid” if you will.
* Some unstoppable machine is coming to get you. HE’S COMING TO GET YOU. SLEEP WITH ONE EYE OPEN!
* He won’t follow you indoors though, I have to see what I can do to change that. However he has potential to break a ton of quests if I do make him able to go indoors. Also he gets stuck indoors and wont come out of the house.
* I was thinking of having the player unlock an abandonded Vault which would start the “hunt”. Or maybe a link back to 101. Or SOTMHING.
* As of right now it’s just a hunter, and you are the prey.
* Arnold will put you in your place.”

4. Female Crimson Dragoon (Thanks to Jaskano)
Description: Turns the Crimson Dragoon and the Chinese Snipers in Operation: Anchorage, into females.
Changed because of my own personal taste, Makes all Chinese Snipers and Crimson Dragoon females.
The Crimson Dragoons are China’s elite troops. According to rumor they begin military training from birth.
Why shouldn’t they be female? More nimble and acrobatic, I thought it was fitting.
Inspired by the Black Ops in Half-Life.

5. Happy Dave (Thanks to TheBionicRock)
Description: This is the result of lack of sleep combined with extreme boredom! Behold “Happy Dave”! So happy it’s impossible to take him seriously even when he threatens to execute you! But I suppose I ought to actually tell you what it does. This simple mod changes only two things. One it turns Dave into a complete freak. Two it changes his name to “Happy Dave”.This is purely the for laughs alone so download and enjoy or not It’s up to you just don’t yell at me if you think it’s stupid.
