Just came across some must needed Fallout 3 mods. These pretty much change everything from NPC’s to your own character. Whether your a female/male/snake/pedo-bear, there’s something for just about anyone.
1. Army Face Paint (Thanks to Khyrin)
Description: “This MOD adds the race which gave army paint to a face.
Open Console and type “showracemenu”
and select army paint race.”
2. DIMONIZED presets for Vanilla races V1dot3 (Thanks to dimon99 )
Description: “This mod replaces and adds some presets to vanilla (default) races in
Facegen menu. Most presets are just my tweaked versions of ingame NPC’s
Most of them you will recognise :-). Presets 2 and 5 caucasian are vanilla
faces of Red (slaver chick from Paradise Falls) and Sarah Lions.
Some faces look crappy,because they lost some custom facemod files after
transfer,which are ID-dependant,however,as they are a presets now,simply
adjust with tone controls.
Best thing about this mod-it is both completely independent and can be
disposed of right after you finished tweaking and made a save.So far I
didn’t found and can’t think of ANY conflicts with any kind of mods-it
simply overrides (some of) vanilla presets with new ones when enabled and
your presets go back to default when disabled.”
3. Enhanced Children V1_1 (Thanks to Kiwi)
Description: “How do I successfully play as a child?

1.Play normally (IMPORTANT: USE ONLY AN ADULT RACE AT THIS POINT) up until you get to the last part of the vault quest. (This could also be done anytime in game as long as you are passed the part where Amata wakes you up and you’re AN ADULT).
2. open console (~) and type showracemenu.
3. Choose your child race.
4. Choose your facial features and such. *Do Not move the face on the screen or it will go black.*
But as long as you don’t move the face around you can adjust your facial features as you like.
5. Exit the race menu. And open console again. Type player.setscale 1
6. Exit console and enjoy your game. You’ll now be able to play as a child and do all the normal things an adult character could. You won’t get a ‘Children Can’t Use This’ message when trying to use lever’s and such.
> To change your face again you have to complete The Replicated Man, and find Pinkerton for the facial reconstruction unit in your robot butlers to be activated.
>If you want to change it before this quest use this procedure:
– Open the console with the tilde.
– Use the command “player.setscale 1.25” without the quotes to change your scale to appear properly.
– Use the command “showracemenu” without quotes and close the console, your character face should look properly now (specially after the latest official patch).
– Change your face to whatever you want, when you’re done close the menu, open the console and use the command “player.setscale 1″ without quotes to set your character back to normal size.
– Done!”
4. Faces of the Law (Thanks to Qebehsenuf)
Description: “The intention of this simplistic plugin is to add more menace to the faces of the world, to start, the Regulators who hunt those with low karma levels have been modified.
Instead of the clean cut image of the default, this plugin alters the faces of each Regulator to appear more relevant to the world they live in. They’re bruised, unclean and not necessarily beautiful.”
