Otaku Week is jam packed with a bunch of free-for-all people, going all out on sweet cosplays, some better some… worse. Anyway for whatever reason they have for cosplaying, for better or worse, I found this peculiar guy cosplaying to Rock Lee from the anime, “Naruto”. Watch this dude basically pop-lock-and-drop it, while he perform poses, and state reasons for being Rock Lee in front of the camera man.
