The Revelation of Sylar’s Father? Who is this man? Does he have powers? Will he Change Sylar?

So It looks like news has been released regarding the actor who will be portraying Sylar’s Father, and this actor is the same person who is Lex Luther‘s father, Lionel Luthor! Shock and Awe! John Glover is the man that will be Sylar‘s father in the newer episodes of Heroes. This episode will bring in new conflict for Sylar and will change everything about him, including the path he will choose to take. Now this brings up one question. How does this meeting between the two actually occur? If we remember, in the previous episodes where Peter travels to the future to meet up with Gabriel (Good Sylar) to use Sylar’s hunger to defeat Arthur. This evidently became a whole filler plot, because none of this meant diddly squat later on. The important part about this is the fact that Gabriel assumed Peter was there to find out that they were brothers, which meant he hadn’t met up with his father yet.

Although, one thing might explain why he tries to find his real father. Sylar now knows that Arthur puppet-mastered him, which may have caused Sylar to shift his attention to trying to find his father.
