Electronic Art’s Need For Speed: Undercover Review! It Grinds my Gears!

Well just took this bad boy out on a spin, and I got to say, it ain’t worth the business.

Like most of our beloved Need For Speed storylines, things are still pretty much the same. A chunk of bland dipped in a side of corny.  In a nutshell, its like EA pulled the old: Open door, slap your ass with a “Now, go out there and be somebody~!”.  Yep something we all should be familiar with.

Game-play consists of doing various repetitive races for some cash and reputation.  Cash for more parts that of course you have unlock first by doing more races, and before that you have to win more races to increase your reputation so you can get more “important” races, for having more reputation, blah-blahblah-blah-blah.

Seriously where have we seen this before?  Need for Speed: Undercover, brings nothing new to the table, and what it does bring is mediocre at best. Small car selection, repetitive races, lacking in graphical output, but some how it has a lower FPS compared to higher end games?  Everything in this is unimpressive. Hell, its like letting your dog out to take a piss, but instead of finding a tree, it uses your neighbors lawn.

I was really hoping Electronic Arts were going to pull out something worth the cash, but hey, at least it didn’t do any  doggy business. Right..
