Check Out the bootleg trailer to the new Star Trek. I was never really into Star Trek series that much, as I was for the Star Wars movies.
Something bout this trailer that kind of felt out of place for the Star Trek universe was in the beginning where James Kirk is being introduced as a young kid riding a motorcycle… I don’t know why but that felt very out of place for me. Maybe it is because when I watched any of the Star Trek shows they were either in some weird, strange planet or on the colossus Enterprise. But beside that tidbit, I felt like the trailer did a fairly great job getting the fans of the series hyped. Its great to finally see some straight footage of this movie after so long of being kept in the shadow. I know I’ll be catching this movie at the theaters when it is released. This movie is set to release on May 9, 2009.
