Over the weekend, we experienced our first Japanese Festival in Houston TX hosted at the Herman Park. The Japan Fest have been an annual celebration of the Japan culture for over 20 years. It’s outstanding to know such a great heritage event have been around for so long. So it’s not unusual to see tens of thousands of spectators all around enjoying the festive air of authentic Japanese, and other Asian cuisine, festival performances, and even cosplayers.
I spent a good amount on sushi while I enjoyed my weekend at Japan Festival. I spent a good 60$ on it.
A few awesome cosplayers dropped by!
Shrimp tempura, onion tempura, egg-roll… I miss the festival already.
There were many fun games and challenges for the younger attendees to participate in.
