This marks our 3rd year of being in attendance to the A-kon festival, and each year it becomes an unforgettable experience that we share with our friends and make with new friends! It’s impossible to walk 5 minutes or even 10 seconds in any direction through the lobbies without pulling your camera out to snap a photo with a familiar character cosplayer you may recognized through an Anime, game, or comic. If you are into any of this type of culture, A-kon becomes the safe haven for otakus and fanatics to gather and just enjoy a weekend of dreamer’s bliss. Personally, the team and I had more fun than we should have had at this convention, but that’s the good news. The bad news is now we have to wait an entire year to enjoy it again.
