Over the weekend, we came out to support Brain Gang Blue as he kicked off the New Year weekend with the release of his solo hip-hop album, “Numb“, at the Prophet Bar in Dallas TX. The concert was presented by our good friends of Coffee Music Hub and Hip-Hop Dallas, and was hosted by Rico Slice! The night kicked off with many great, talented hip-hop and musical acts from Dallas and even a few as far as Kentucky! The line up featured artists such as, So-So-Topic, Meka Jackson, J. Rhodes, Gee Watts, Dustin Cavazos, the Brain gang family, and headlined by the act of the night, Brain Gang Blue. The concert was a definite success with so many folks and media folks, shouts to Jessi Supreme, showing love to the featured artists, the bass constantly booming, and a great DJ spinning awesome tracks.
One thing that can be said about Blue, is the fact that he doesn’t just get on stage and performs to his audience, he puts on a show! It’s really gratifying to see an artist go the extra mile to make their concert more of an exclusive experience embedded with acts, stories, and the adequate props to propel the story-telling. We filmed many of the show that night, so we’ll be working on that video release soon!

Brain Gang Blues finishes off the night with a memorable show. With the bass bumping and the pretty ladies doing their thing and the Brain Gang family hyping the crowd, it’s easy to say that it was a wonderful way to lead into the New Years weekend.
Thanks Blue!
