Chester Cox Presents Building Blocks: A Charity Art Show For the Kids!

Last weekend we dropped through our good friend’s, Chester Cox, art gallery show, Building Blocks. The art show was created by Chester to help fund children to attend more extra curricular activities and bring something more productive and positive to their lives. Chester’s vision and goals are definitely something we all here at the Loyal K.N.G. camp respect. The art exhibition housed a great collection of artists from all over the the world in one location. There are local Dallas artists such as the talented Sour grapes 13, Beware, Fresh Kaufee, to L.A.’s Risk and Shepherd Fairey of Obey, and even artists from the United Kingdom! Tons of great art pieces were sprawled throughout the gallery, and it provided a great opportunity for us to take a peak into what all these talented artists had to offer. The night at Building Blocks had DJ Sopa Grapes rocking the turn-table away with a session of great track selections accompanied withgreat emceeing by Checo of Triple Threat, and this was all made possible by Chester!

Here’s Chester with his friend and helper of the event, Daniella! We met Chester last year when we were apart of another charity event he put together called Triple Threat’s Toys 4 Tots (read our recap here).

This is Anthony of Thug Boss. He’s a super-talented motion graphic designer working for huge clients in the likes of Honda, Acura, and MTV. I actually had a great conversation with Anthony over branding, college, and hardwork, that further inspired me to keep pushing for our own brand, Loyal K.N.G. It’s always a pleasure to kick it with Anthony when we see him out supporting these art shows!
