Tornado Dog comes to save the day every time a car comes driving by! By spinning in a circular motion very rapidly, the Tornado Dog halts the time space continuum, thus giving Tornado dog the opportunity to run off and save a life and come back like time never stopped. The only catch is that Tornado Dog can only use this ability when a car drives by.
