I’m not exactly sure how to feel about this sticky little situation. Sure, the girl ‘might’ of noticed the manhole if there were some cones or some kind of sign around the hole, but then again, texting while blinding doing anything is just asking for trouble (And how you don’t notice a gaping hole coming towards you, I don’t know).
Guess we better learn from this girl’s mistake, and not blindly text. That, or you can just sue the city.
