It seems like this guy, TheRealPfhreak (Youtube alias), proposed to his future (and now current) wife by hacked into Chrono Trigger, and adding a completely new level built around his memories with her, along with a surprising clever proposal at the very end. Props to this guy, he just made the best proposal ever.
I built the area by fusing a pre-existing area (Denodoro Mountains) with concepts I had in my mind. Each NPC in the area (save the cat, and the young girl at the beginning) is supposed to be either myself or my fiance.
