It’s about time we start amping up our game, and I’m talking about not just playing with normal old zombies, but the new zombies of the new generation: Verruckt-style zombies! Now all you awesome modders/mappers, can create your own Nazi Zombie Maps with Verruckt’s style of gameplay, and it’s all available for you in the link below, along with a helpful tutorial all supplied, and given to you by Treyarch. Lets play with some zombies!

1. Nazi Zombie Verruckt Example Map

Details: The map has all the source files used in making the map, and is fully playable in Singleplayer and Cooperative. The map source is broken into layers for ease of studying. (Click here for Tutorial)

Instructions:
Copy these files into your root directory.
You shouldn’t have to replace any files.

Load up Launcher.
Compile the Nazi Zombie Verruckt Example mod, both
FastFile and IWD. Be sure to copy the mod.arena
file from the development Verruckt Example mod
folder into the playable one if you want to play
it Cooperatively.

Build only the Fast File for Nazi Zombie Ver Ex _Load.
Make sure Mod Specific Map is checked for the
Nazi Zombie Verruckt Example mod.

Build the BSP, Lights, Paths, Reflection, and FastFile
for Nazi Zombie Ver Ex map. Make sure Mod Specific
is checked for the Nazi Zombie Verruckt Example mod.

Launch Call of Duty: World At War, load the Nazi Zombie
Verruckt Example mod. Play the map Cooperatively
or alone using /map nazi_zombie_ver_ex

Provided are all the source files use to make the map. Feel
free to dig around the map source, scripts, and other
files to see how the map was put together.

The map source (nazi_zombie_ver_ex.MAP) is broken down into
layers for ease of studying. Press L (by default) in
Radiant to view the layers, you can toggle any of them
off/on or select all the brushes in a layer. Feel free
to use/modify the files for your own personal projects.
