Julian Velard, is a youtuber and a Musician. A pretty talented musician, as evident as you watch him cover the famous curvaceous Katy Perry’s Hot N Cold. The dude has a really nice calm and smooth voice, with a hint of jazz-esque tone. This really a new approach to such a poppy song in the first place.
