It’s official Final Fantasy 14 is everything Final Fantasy 13 is not. It has towns, townfolk, shops, a world map, a combat system that is workable with. Basically Square Enix knows what MMORPG people want, and they are going to give it. Final Fantasy 13 can burn.

Artist of the day is Mark Alsweiler from Sydney, Australia. His art has funk looking starved people, crows, tents, and strange things. I have to say I really dig the horse with the guitar.

October 8 is the release of “Tamara Drewe”. Sony Classics’ official trailer released earlier and is below. All it seems to be is a hot chick popping up and having the naughty with everyone. What a dirty girl, nobody wants that.

Plot Synopsis from Sony:

Based on Posy Simmonds’ beloved graphic novel of the same name (which was itself inspired by Thomas Hardy’s classic Far From the Madding Crowd), this wittily modern take on the romantic English pastorale is a far cry from Hardy’s Wessex. Tamara Drewe’s present-day English countryside-stocked with pompous writers, rich weekenders, bourgeois bohemians, a horny rock star, and a great many Buff Orpington chickens and Belted Galloway cows-is a much funnier place. When Tamara Drewe sashays back to the bucolic village of her youth, life for the locals is thrown tail over teakettle. Tamara-once an ugly duckling-has been transformed into a devastating beauty (with help from plastic surgery). As infatuations, jealousies, love affairs and career ambitions collide among the inhabitants of the neighboring farmsteads, Tamara sets a contemporary comedy of manners into play using the oldest magic in the book-sex appeal.

Last Saturday was our good friend, Joonbug (Fresh Kaufee creator), going away party before he left from Dallas, TX, for San Francisco, California. We here at Loyal K.N.G. just had to make the road trip to share some good times with our homie, Joon. It was a well-knitted crew of friends and family, all connected through the love of coffee-scented shirts from Joon’s Fresh Kaufee.  Joon was able to secure a last-minute spot at a local coffee shop, Art Six Coffee, and from there it was a chill out session with new and old friends. Memories were going to made that’s one thing for sure.

Our friend, Mauricio Lopez, promised to make Joon a red velvet cake for his party, due to his busy schedule he wasn’t able to attend. So we made sure that Joon got it in hand ready to cut and devour.

My name is Nicholas Bohac and I live & work in the beautiful Sunset neighborhood of San Francisco, California with my beautiful wife, Kimberly, and our two cats.
I work both with printmaking methods as well as acrylic based media to create two-dimensional paintings & drawings that deal with the ecological climate that we live in today.
