…Knowledge*Never*Goes…

Justice has been a crazy band too listen too, their combination of pop, rock, and electronica, into something so creative and catchy marks for a crazy audio-ride, and it’s no different with their track, “DVNO.” So here’s their music video, similar to the track itself, is all over the place with flashing graphics. Gotta love it all, Justice, baby!

Al Green’s “Just the Two Of Us” is no doubt an iconic song, and to have it covered by Japanese musician and fashion mogul, Hiroshi Fujiwara, is a fresh treat. It makes my day better to watch and listen to Fujiwara doing what comes naturally to him.

Jon M. Chu has been hard at work at getting his new dance crew epic, League of Extraordinary Dancers aka LXD, promoted the past and following year for some time now. And it’s great to see him release a TED performance of his crews. It’s no doubt inspirational, and just helps spotlight the talents and the amazing abilities of these dancers. Sometime it’s easy to forget with all our comics, super-hero movies, and shows, that there are actually real life super heroes…

Imagine two rival factions — one good, one evil — squaring off in an epic battle … an epic dance battle. Welcome to The LXD, a new online adventure in which heroes and villains combat each other with dance superpowers. With stunning choreography, dancers float over the ground like marionettes or crush the laws of physics beneath their feet when they perform breathtaking aerial maneuvers and transcendental step sequences.

The series hopes to do more than follow the dance-battle zeitgeist that rules today’s TV ratings. In addition to live performances, The LXD reveals dance superheroes on both sides of the screen—viewers can learn dance moves from instructional videos, and even become part of the story by participating in the web community. The LXD is written and directed by Jon Chu, a veteran of dance productions, including the box office sensation Step Up 2: The Streets and the Internet phenomenon, The Biggest Online Dance Battle.

Mishka has been known to be creative with their releases, and this surprise release of Mishka Key Toppers accessories is no different! I have yet to see another streetwear company pull something like this out into the market, and it’s a bit surprising actually, considering it’s the perfect accessory to have out. The bear mop, keep watch eyeball, and more, makes an appearance as the Key Toppers, and I can already tell you I want these so bad… Check them out here.

Here’s a nice song to get you head popping. The track is a Boys Noize Remix of “Frau” originally by the band, I Robots. This track is off the wall for the most part, it definitely makes for a nice rave track. The accompanied music video was directed by Daniel Eskils and produced by Johan Junker.

I have to admit, I have a fetish for animated short-movies, and since this one was actually nominated to the Oscars, you know I’m drooling over it! The video is from the Pumpkin Factory, titled “French Roast”, which follows the life of a business man when a chain of unfortunate event occurs. The film can be a little slow to some, but I highly recommend you just sit back and really enjoy the experience, it’s well worth the time. Oh, and of course watch it in HD!

Kid CuDi is back feat’in with MGMT and Ratatat in their track “Pursuit Of Happiness”! This video is more then just a hot beat — it’s a piece of art that keeps your head spinning while popping to the beat.
