Have some new mods for just about anyone! A random bunch of goodness, that should have at least one catching your eye.
1. NPC Height Randomizer (Thanks to Luchaire)
Description: “Randomizes the height of NPCs throughout the world so no longer will everybody you meet all be the exact same height.
This mod runs once upon first loading a save or starting a new game. It assigns each permanent-reference NPC a random height within a specific (and somewhat arbitrary) range of allowable heights. It does this via scripting without ever touching the base NPC records, so there are no conflict/compatibility issues to worry about. No children or ghouls are altered. Also, most (but not all) generic NPCs, like raiders, Enclave soldiers, etc, could not be altered with this method, so they are left alone.”- Luchaire

2. Callighans Mind Blast (Thanks to Callighans)
Description: “Perk Level 1
a. Heartwork
Paralyses the foe by stopping the heart or internal mechanics. While it does prevent the npc from doing anything while paralysed, it does not do any harm. In fact, it only pisses them off. It’s advisable to use Heartwork while stealthed.
b. Dread and The Fugitive Mind
Your enemies better count their fingers because you won’t give them any mercy. With your dread and fugitive mind, you can bask your enemies in white radiated glow until their bodies can’t take anymore, causing their head to explode. Unlike the other mindblast powers, Dread and The Fugitive Mind is an accumulative power. So keep pressing the atatck button until your enemies explode!
Perk Level 2
a. Exciter
Stand by for the exciter! Stand by for telekinetically warped plasma energy taken from microfusion cells, teleported into the innards of your foe. This action, of course, disintegrates them. Quite a handy power to have when you don’t have a lazer or plasma weapon.
b. In Flames
Why use a flamethrower when you can immolate people right away? Just find an enemy, concentrate, and voila! They’ll be aping fire in no time.
Perk Level 3
Apocalypse Now
The horror, the horror! Why wait for judgement day when you can reign in doom by exploding the area surrounding you in one gigantic ball of fire? With this power, there’s no need for you to find a nuke. YOU’RE THE NUKE! So be merry and run towards a foe then blow yourself up. It’s so fun when you can be like a suicide bomber! With the exception of suicide and the bomb replaced by nuclear fire, of course.
How to get it:
The way to obtain the perk is by having 8 perception, being at least level 14 and accumulating over 666 rads. Make sure those requirements are fulfilled, and by the time you level up above level 13, you can get the perk.
If you’re upgrading from the old version of Mindblast, save a game without the old version being loaded. Then continue from the save game and find Satch Joe at the Muddy Rudder in Rivet City. He’ll give you the first level perks if you’re level 14 or up.” – Callighans
