Today on December 31st, 2008, marks the last day of 2kGr8t! And you know what this means! It’s reflection time!  Today’s post will be a reflection of where we’ve gone and where we’re goin’ here at the Loyal K*N*G! Today’s article will also marked the momentous 400th post on this blog/site. Isn’t this all exciting? Pop the Vodkas and light them firecrackers! It’s time to celebrate bitches (miss you dave)!

The Loyal K*N*G (about) was given birth on November 14th, 2008, and ever since, things have just been exploding in surprising ways, many friends were made, many connects were established, and, most importantly, many surprises were achieved!

Holy *dolphin noises.* I think I just wet my pants. Sorry about that disturbing thought, but I must assure you, it was for good reasons. Please allow me to reveal a secret secrecy about myself for a bit. As a young lad growing up, I, like many normal young boys(excluding the ones that got into the Barbies), was fascinated by the likes of Power Rangers(The Originals!), Barney(PURPLE T-REX?!), and, of course, DINO-Friggin’-Saurs! So now you will understand the reasons as to why this revelation gets me all giddy in the pants! Doh’

On to the subject at hand. The awesomeness that is Puma has just released a series of shoes (kicks for you sneaker-heads or Kaiju-Kicks for you Godzilla Sneaker-heads) based on the infamous Gozilla brand! These shoes are designed and tailored to the liking of killer monsters such as, the iconic, Godzilla, the devilish hydra, Ghidorah, the elegant moth, Mothra, the metallic-zilla, Mecha-Godzilla, and the big luggin’ monkey that we all love, King Kong! All these Kaiju shoes range from low-tops to hi-tops, and for special reasons, Godzilla is very hi-top. Oh yeaaa, boi! These kicks will be available in selected retail stores at a very steep price (not yet known, but probably 100-150$ *guesstimate*) and will be very, very limited. So for all the Kaiju Monster lovers and or Sneaker collectors, these are sneaker releases you can not friggin’ miss… I for one will stay on top of it for a Godzilla kick!

A Bathing Ape has modified Minnie and Donald Duck, from Walt Disney, into their very own plush. I would have to say that these plush figurines look like the old school Donald Duck and Minnie, with Donald having a sailor suit and no pants, and Minnie having a skirt with no shirt (not creepy). Bape has added some minor graphic details though, with Donald and Minnie  having a subtle Bape camo seemingly covering their entire body’s. Personally though I think it was a creative idea, but it could use some work with the design of the toy.

Woah. As a iPhone owner, I totally want this piece of craziness! The people at Staple joined up with Miniot to produce a stylish wooden protector case for all variants of iPhones (3G, 1st gen., iTouch)! You even have options of choosing all kinds of wood style, such as Oak, Padouk, Cherry, Mahogany, and Walnut. Only bad thing though about all this coolness, is the pricey tag marked on all these stylish wooden iPhone protectors… Each going at a cost of 115 dollars. A steep price to pay for any iPhone lover, but rest assure that there will be people out there doing just that. :] (If you want go to Miniot)

Thanks and kudos to YouTube user, eirikso. We have a video of an area in natural habitat that has been photographed every day for 1 year. See the change from winter-spring-summer-fall in that order. Luckily for you guys, there are no dead deers in any of these photos, but I’m sure it will interest some of you nature freaks out there, and heck some of you Loyal KNG’ers to.

This is a post for all you Fresh heads! Check out the late-dropper UNDRCRWN, as they finally drop their Holiday look book for all you stylish-urban people out there! You guys maybe wondering what my thoughts on these pieces are? Well, I would tell you, but I won’t, because it would be disappointing. Luckily for you though, I’m not a douche. I totally love the Snowman & Chicken duo! If UNDRCRWN got those pieces for sale, this line-up has WINZ across the friggin’ board!

Looks like a new zombie map has once again have been released, Nazi Zombie Badlands.   From the looks of it, the map should work normally like any other (though glitches are yet to be confirmed).
