Tommy C. and Auburn remix the track ‘Perfect Two’ originally by Auburn. Having a male voice hitting in the track with Auburn, just gives the whole track a new level of emotion. Though the original with only Auburn doesn’t disappoint, her and her sweet self, it just soothes me.

Covering the hit track of the Korean artist Taeyang, part of the Big Bang korean group, J.Reyez & Tommy C cover ‘Wedding Dress’. J.Reyez & Tommy C. turn all the lyrics to English and gives the song some nice swagger of their own. Hard to say which version of the song I like more, but both of them makes me want to dance, so I guess it doesn’t matter.

The Vitamin String Quartet is back with another cover track, this time of Michael Jackson’s ‘Smooth Criminal’. The Vitamin String Quartet always pick my favorite songs to cover, is only I could find a cover of ‘Man in the Mirror’ now. The cover is crisp clean and classical like always, it packs a punch.

Boba Fett just happened to be spotted on the streets playing the ‘Legend of Zelda’ theme song on the accordion. I never knew you were such a fan Boba Fett, I would have never known that you were so old school. I guess every body is a nerd/game lover in someway, play that accordion!

Dan Black and Kid Cudi collaborate on “Symphonies” to bring out one of the freshest track in the hip hop game as of recent. The smooth vocals of Dan Black and the moody rappings of Kid Cudi makes for a wicked track to bob your head too. So here’s the music video, the colorful, vivid, and dynamic of visual fits well with the track.

Never have I’ve seen such a big group of kids singing with so much soul and heart. The PS22 Chorus is a group of kids in elementary that are in 5th grade, in Staten Island, New York. On this video below, they cover the track ‘Lisztomania’ by Phoenix.

Long before Justin Bieber was taking over the charts, the PS 22 Chorus was proving that pretty much everything sounds nice when kids sing it. Here the chorus turns in a wholly pleasant version of Phoenix’s 2009 hit Lisztomania that will make you wonder why we ever got rid of child labor in this country. Otherwise, we could have an endless stream of sunny, buoyant child vocals for our ears.

This track is called ‘The Dork Anthem’ by Dave and Brian, 2 dorks that know how to throw parties that I needed to be invited to! So I’m not sure about you guys but this song really hits at home for me. I can really relate to most of the topic these guys sing about. This is, except for dressing up while watching Lord of The Rings, maybe getting sticks out and fighting, but I can’t afford costumes, hah.
