The new Fallout 3 DLC, Point Lookout, has just been uploaded and is avaliable here, for all Window users! Before you download be sure to update your copy of Fallout 3 to version 1.6, if you haven’t already, you can download the patch by: Clicking Here!

Fallout 3′s newest DLC download has just been released today, June 24th, 2009, and to follow-up the new DLC release, they’ve uploaded a gameplay trailer of what to expect in Point Lookout.

Windows users: Be sure to install the v1.6 Fallout 3 Patch, before downloading Point Outlook.  This will have your copy of Fallout 3 up and ready to install Point Lookout, along with adding the achievements that come with the DLC.

Well, there we have it, Bethesda Softworks is going to release another DLC for Fallout 3.  This time around the DLC will be “Point Break”.  Don’t know about you guys, but I’m up for some hill billy zombies.

Fallout 3: Broken Steel is now here, and avaliable for download!  “Battle your way to level 30, with all new perks and achievements to unlock along the way!” Plenty of new content and even more fun to explore in your post-apocalytic wasteland.  That is, if your up to the challenge.

1. Fallout 3: Broken Steel

Details: Continue your existing Fallout 3 game and finish the fight against the Enclave remnants alongside Liberty Prime. Broken Steel moves the level cap for your character from 20 to 30, allowing you to experience even more of the game, including new perks and achievements.

How to download Broken Steel:
You must have a gamer card and the Games for Windows — LIVE Client installed. If you don’t, follow the links below:

It’s easy to get Broken Steel with your Games for Windows — LIVE Client.
Here’s how you do it:
1. Launch the Games for Windows — LIVE Client and sign in, then click Marketplace.
2. Click Add-ons then the Broken Steel icon. Click Buy (if you don’t have enough Microsoft Points, click Add Points to get more points).
3. Confirm your purchase, then click Download.
4. When the download is complete, launch Fallout 3 to enjoy Broken Steel.

IMPORTANT: You must play the game (have your character out and about in the Wasteland, not be in Fallout 3′s menu system) for a couple minutes for the Broken Steel content to appear. After a couple minutes, a radio beacon and the questline will become available.

Story:
You may have dealt the Enclave a serious blow at Project Purity, but their forces are still out there, and still pose a grave threat to the people and security of the Capital Wasteland. In Broken Steel, you’ll continue your current Fallout 3 character past the events of Project Purity, and work with the Brotherhood of Steel to eradicate the Enclave threat once and for all. Travel to new locations like the Olney Powerworks, wield destructive new weapons like the Tesla Cannon, and fight powerful new creatures like the Super Mutant Overlord.

Key Features:

* Acquire new high powered Enclave Technology, including a new devastating flamethrower, the Heavy Incinerator.

It seems like Bethesda has run into quite a pickle with their new DLC, Broken Steel, for the PC.  User who download and install the file have come to find an error to show itself keeping the user from enjoying the new DLC.

The official Fallout 3 patch v1.5 is now out for all to install/download for the PC & Xbox360. This patch is mainly for getting your copy of the game to be compatible for their release of Broken Steel, so be sure to patch to 1.5, before you try out the DLC. Also, stay tuned for the download for the Broken Steel DLC going live as of today, May 5th ;D.

Here are the title update details — this was primarily to support Broken Steel, easily our largest, most ambitious downloadable content, to date. The official debut trailer for Fallout 3′s new expansion pack, Broken Steel, is here! This will be for the PS3, Xbox360, and PC.

Seems like Fallout 3 is finally headed to Japan, where it will open the eyes of many to the beautiful world of post-apocalyptic waste land of opportunity! I find it rather cute to think about.
