This has to be one of my favorite short film of the years, it’s simple, sweet, and easy to digest as short films should be. As stated by one of my teachers in life short films should be eaten like a cookie and rewatched to snag all the crumbles. Kamel Films’ “VOICE OVER” tells the tale of an Astronaut, Soldier, Fishermen and a Boy watch as the story unfolds.
