Having read “The Walking Dead” comic series, and watching the new hit show on AMC, all I can do is watch while my mouth drops at the surprises put into the live action TV show. I love how the show really makes its own universe of the walking dead introducing different paths, compared to the comic, and how though they lead to the same settings contain an incredibly different vibe and range of characters. Sophie death/conversion into a walking dead or zombie took me by complete surprise, I felt as if the show slapped the book in the face with it’s different state, but if anything the different path will keep me contently watching the show.
