I would not see this film. Looks LOW BUDGET and BORING as hell. You could already tell it had terrible acting in it. Just as bad as the real trailers of the flooded comic book BAD movies. They better cool down on these comic movies or people will tire of them REAL QUICK!!!NOTHING ORIGINAL HERE!!!!!!!!!!DONT QUIT YOUR DAY JOB!!!!!!!!These movies will soon go the way of the western. Nathan Fillion would make an amazing Captain America! And who better to play that role than a Canadian who has come to live in America! Seriously, America is a giant melting-pot, and Nathan would be a true representative of what America stands for. Yep, I’m an American girl and Nathan has my vote! He has my vote to be The Green Lantern, too! AND the next Indiana Jones! Go Nathan!!

I have ALWAYS thought Nathan would make the perfect Captain America, though sadly the powers that be will never cast anyone other than an american in that role, and will probably ruin it by casting younger and missing the necessary gravitas.. He actually came a very close second in a poll over at Newsarama of comic book fans gauging who should play Cap in the upcoming movie..And I think the only reason the other actor came top was that he had fought as a us soldier in Desert Storm..(It was the guy that was Brad in Boston Legal and the deceased boyfriend of the lead in Fringe though I can’t for the life of me think of his name just now..)
But I gotta say even though I haven’t read too many Green Lantern issues, I have to admit he does certainly look the part of Hal Jordan!

By the time WB sees our passionate support for Nathan Fillion, I bet age won’t matter one little bit. He is young, hot, gorgeous, sexy and beyond talented. I believe he is simply the best man for the job! Nathan totally has my vote!

Unfortunately I have read that WB is adamant that only actors under the age of 30 are to be looked at for the Green Lantern role and Mr. Fillion is 38. I find that highly ageist. As a 2nd place compromise I would be happy for Bradley Cooper to finally get his “break” role opportunity to show the world what he can do as an actor.
